General Terms of Sale

1 - Acceptance of the conditions

The customer acknowledges having knowledge, now of the order, of the particular conditions of sale and declares accepting them without reserves.

The general sales conditions prevail in the contractual relations between PATCHOLAND and its customers, both parts accept them without reserves.

These conditions prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, except for express written derogation.

2 - Products

The illustrative pictures of the products do not enter in the contractual scope. Product prices may vary without prior notice. Clothing sizes are given as an indication and have no contractual value. Most of the products are available in stock immediately.

3 - Ordering

The automatic registration system is considered as proof of the nature, content, and date of orders. PATCHOLAND confirms the agreement regarding the order by e-mail to the customer's address. The sale is only concluded after order confirmation and respective payment.

If there is a current or subsequent dispute, PATCHOLAND reserves the right to cancel an order. The order binds the customer and all information provided by the buyer in the registration is his sole responsibility. In case of an error in the writing of the recipient's data, the seller cannot be held responsible for the lack of delivery of the products.

4 - Delivery

PATCHOLAND is not responsible for errors or omissions caused by information not correctly provided. If an order is returned due to information that the customer has provided wrongly, the customer is responsible for the postage of the shipping of that order, as well as its management costs.

The product will only be shipped when payment is received.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product, being presented to the customer when placing the order.

The value of postage is those charged by CTT, or other carrier designated for delivery, plus expenses for management of the order.

Delivery time (after payment confirmation):

- Portugal: between 2 and 5 days.
- Europe: between 2 and 10 days.
- Rest of the world: between 5 and 20 days.

Possible delays will not entitle the customer to claim.

In case of non-delivery, CTT has a period of three weeks, from the day of the customer complaint, to find and deliver the order.

The following are considered to be cases of force majeure, removing the seller's responsibility to deliver the goods: wars, pandemics, riots, fires, heat waves, strikes, accidents and impossibility of supply.

Depending on product availability, an order may be delivered in several instalments, the customer being responsible for only one delivery.

5 - Retraction

The customer has 14 days, counting from the delivery date, to request an exchange or a refund, send the new articles, in the original packaging, intact and accompanied by the respective accessories to

In case of exercise of the right of retraction, PATCHOLAND must refund the amounts paid, excluding shipping costs. The refund is due within 15 days and will be paid by the same method used by the customer.

6 - Price

Prices are given in euros (€).

The prices indicated do not include delivery costs.

Prices include VAT at the statutory rate in force for Portugal.

7 - Payment

Only the effective payment of the order will confirm it.

The price charged to the customer is that indicated in the order confirmation sent to the shop.

The price of the products is paid in cash on the day of the effective order.

Payment is made by bank transfer, PayPal (patcholand@gmail.com ) or credit card.

The order validated by the customer will only be effective when all the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be informed by e-mail.

8 - Disputes

This contract is subject to Portuguese law. PATCHOLAND's responsibility, if proven, will be limited to the amount of the order. PATCHOLAND will not be considered responsible for damages of any kind, material or immaterial or physical, that may result from the improper use or malfunctioning of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications of the products.

In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution. He can contact the customer service department on 00 351 914045080.

9 - Security, data protection

All personal data is stored and handled confidentially. The data transfer between the ordering party and our company is encrypted using SSL technology. We reserve the right to use the data for the purpose of checking the postal accuracy of credit possibilities, if any. Credit cards are also encrypted. In addition, each transaction is authorised and verified in line with the relevant credit card companies. Blocked or counterfeit cards cannot be authorised.
