As a user, client, and/or potential registered customer of our website, we inform you that consumers have access to alternative mechanisms for resolving disputes arising from consumer contracts. These mechanisms are generally simpler, quicker, and less costly than traditional court proceedings.

Law No. 144/2015, which transposes Directive 2013/11/EU, establishes the legal framework for out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, allowing consumers and companies to settle their disputes amicably and effectively.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity.
Patcholand is fully bound by the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre, with the following contacts:

Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa
Address: Rua dos Douradores, n.º 116, 2.º andar – 1100-207 Lisboa
Phone: +351 218 807 030 (national landline call)
